BRAVO! Building Services is seeking a Marketing Administrative/Coordinator to join our progressive team. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth only limited by your desire and ability. This individual is required to provide high level administrative support to our Marketing and Sales Division out of our Corporate Headquarters while developing, creating and delivering multi-channel marketing programs. This roll, along with proposal creation and some administrative task requires the implementation of marketing campaigns for various verticals and geographic locations. This position also requires coordination of promotional materials, proposals, scheduling meetings, designing, development, production and distribution of marketing materials. Acceptable candidate must have superior communication, writing and organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and submit proposals and presentations
  • Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content
  • Maintain website keeping it up-to-date
  • Responsible for e-marketing and our presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter), and ensuring search engine optimization
  • Write and distribute press releases and e mail marketing pieces
  • Provide assistances in terms of logistics to events like sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications activities
  • Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) 
  • Qualified Candidate:
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in marketing or a degree level qualification or equivalent experience in marketing or a related subject
  • Proven ability to create and execute customer centric marketing campaigns conveying the companies value, capabilities and market differentiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and good copy-writing skills, preferably in a technical / scientific context, would be an advantage
  • Web maintenance / e-marketing experience, with a good working knowledge of social media marketing tools, Google rankings and search engine optimization is desirable
  • Able to demonstrate product awareness and an understanding of the needs of our Customer
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of marketing principles
  • Experience of Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous
  • Willing to travel occasionally both nationally and internationally in support of promotional activity
Key Skills: Possess excellent PC skills – Microsoft office suit, Photoshop and CRM management Experience: BA/BS degree in Marketing, may consider relevant experience in lieu of degree. Requires a minimum of 2-5 years experience working in marketing capacity in a fast-paced environment a must.
