The effective use of our customized online Quality Assurance System, supported by our Joint Review Committee Process, ensures a level of quality unmatched in our industry. The BRAVO! Team is so confident in our ability to deliver quality service, we are willing to place a portion of our profit at risk through a “Deduct & Incentive” program. The Joint Review Committee consists of members of our operations team along with the client’s designated team members and will initially develop a series of KPIs and quality targets that will be utilized to track the level of service over the course of the contract

Quality-Assurance1Our key management has scheduled visits planned throughout the year in order to achieve maximum visitation to all sites. This is overlapped by our full-time dedicated Continuous Improvement Managers that schedule random audits rating the cleanliness, appearance and safety of the facility and any deficiencies that may or may not be occurring.

Reports are generated and circulated to all levels of supervision and management. In addition, all meeting minutes, reports and other correspondence are maintained within our shared internal computer network. This system allows a constant flow of data and constant input of the latest information on any one site, thus creating the highest level of customer interaction and accuracy of data.

Our Continuous Improvement Program incorporates the use of an ATP device to verify the effectiveness of our cleaning methods, processes and products.

Every Continuous Improvement Manager uses an ATP device during their inspections. They randomly select an area, test swab a surface, and allow the ATP device to measure the exact level of bacteria in a matter of seconds. This process allows our team to identify if our cleaning and decontamination methods as well as our cleaning products are effective. Additionally, it assist us in identifying trends and the need for additional training, if necessary.

ATP reading reports are synced to our online portal and are available live after each inspection is completed. During the audits, Continuous Improvement Managers assess the level of cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and staff performance and appearance. Continuous Improvement Managers are active safety leaders which allow them to identify unsafe behaviors and correct them on the spot.
