Our story began six years ago when we were invited to submit a janitorial services proposal to Sam’s Club headquarters in Bentonville. The site consisted of 300K square feet of Class A office space. BRAVO! was awarded the contract, and as they say, the rest is history. BRAVO!’s service expanded when it subsequently was awarded the contract to provide janitorial services for a major portion of the Walmart home office campus, which encompasses over 2.5 million square feet of office space.
In 2014, Sam Walton’s family was so impressed with the level of management, support, and service BRAVO! delivered to Walmart, their team contracted with BRAVO! to provide support services to Crystal Bridges Museum. Cleaning a museum is not anything like cleaning a commercial facility. BRAVO!’s cleaning teams were meticulously trained to follow the strict guidelines of the museum. For example, chemicals and water cannot be brought into the galleries. Mop heads for cleaning the floors must be presoaked and stored outside the galleries. Floor scrubbing machines must be set to utilize a minimal amount of water, and the squeegee must be kept in impeccable condition because a consistent humidity is needed to preserve the art work.
In 2017, Bentonville’s Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport wanted to improve its level of cleanliness by partnering with a company that focuses on innovation and is a SME (Subject Matter Expert) and industry leader that incorporates the latest technology available. After an exhaustive RFP and vetting process, BRAVO! was selected as the winner of the multi-year contract. The Airport team takes full advantage of our unique work order communications tool, which allows them, with a few clicks on their computer or smartphone, to communicate with our entire operations team, from our Regional Manager to the President of our company.
Our presence in Arkansas is still growing with our most recent addition to our client roster, the University of Arkansas, who awarded us with a contract to provide janitorial services.
Now, as a well-established provider of facility support services to these premier locations in Arkansas, BRAVO! has expanded to support clients in Tulsa and Oklahoma City as well as deliver our services to other customers in the area. Our concentration is in commercial real estate, corporate facilities, medical office buildings, life science companies, and higher education campuses.
