BRAVO! Celebrates Employee Excellence With Annual Company Awards

BRAVO! Group Services (BRAVO!), one of the largest, privately held facility solutions companies in the country, is proud to announce its 2020 BRAVO! and C-K Control Temp Employee Recognition Award recipients.  The annual awards recognize outstanding performance by individual teammates who maintain high standards and unwavering excellence in service.  The ceremony was held virtually via ZOOM where the following awards were presented:

Excellence in Leadership Award:  Awarded to the teammate who builds strong relationships, leads by example, delegates when necessary, consistently raises the bar, displays honest and ethical values, and pursues BRAVO!’s goal to always deliver superior customer service.   Recipient:  Roberson Murillo, Project Manager Special Services

 

Hector Bonilla Humanitarian Award:  Awarded to the teammate who celebrates life, dedication, friendship, and team-spirit…all qualities exhibited by our beloved Hector Bonilla who passed away in 2012.   Recipient:  Joseph Ellis, Porter

 

Brenda Brown Performance Excellence Award:  Awarded to the BRAVO! teammate who best displays loyalty, dedication, and a willingness to endure until the job is completed to our customer’s satisfaction without exception.   Recipient:  Eduardo Hernandez, Supervisor

 

Rising Star Award:  Awarded to the teammate who performs above his regular job responsibilities to achieve excellence in customer service.   Recipient:    Luis Pichardo, C-K Control Temp Technician

 

James Vosburg Mentoring Award:  Awarded to the teammate who takes the time to mentor and train other members of our team to develop them into “A” players in the spirit of Jim Vosburg, our former Senior Vice President for BRAVO! Healthcare Solutions.   Recipient:    Myrna Hernandez, Senior Payroll Specialist

 

Integrity Award:  Awarded to the teammate who is transparent, values candor, receives and accepts personal feedback from peers, vendors, and clients, and admits error or the need for personal change by accepting responsibility and taking corrective action.   Recipient:    Gillian Carter, Marketing Manager

 

 

Safety Manager of the Year Award:  Awarded to the manager who has made significant contributions to the BRAVO! safety program and has accomplished a safe workplace environment without injuries.   Recipient:    Lisa White, Account Manager

 

 

REFINE MVP Awards:  Created in 2020 to acknowledge teammates who dedicated their time and effort beyond expectations to ensure customers and fellow employees were safe and healthy, and who kept operations running smoothly despite interruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
