BRAVO! Group Services, one of the largest, privately held facility solutions companies in the country, has promoted Yadira Sena to the position of Process Improvement Manager. Yadira will be responsible for maximizing the internal and external customer experience by implementing processes to improve operational performance. With an in depth understanding of the core business systems within BRAVO!, she will oversee system updates and innovations, bringing value to our clients and spearheading the implementation of enhancements that will ensure optimal and efficient operational practices and procedures.
Yadira began her career at BRAVO! in February 2013 as Payroll Manager, overseeing the production and issuance of paychecks, compiling information by managing payroll preparation, completing reports, and maintaining records. In addition, Yadira ensured adherence to payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures and enforced system improvements to accommodate the company’s ongoing growth. Prior to joining BRAVO!, Yadira held positions as Senior Bookkeeper and General Manager of Administration & Operations at various private companies in New Jersey. She has completed coursework in 5S Workplace Organization and is currently studying for her BSCAI Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt credentialing. Yadira is also the 2019 recipient of BRAVO!’s prestigious Mentoring Award, which is presented to the BRAVO! teammate who mentors and trains fellow employees to develop them into “A” players.
