BRAVO! Welcomes Matthew Mott As Chief Human Resources Officer

BRAVO! Group Services, one of the largest, privately held facility solutions companies in the country, has hired Matthew Mott as Chief Human Resources Officer.  Matt will be responsible for overseeing BRAVO!’s Human Resources department and implementing strategies that build a strong culture, increase engagement, and support BRAVO!’s business objectives.

Matt comes to BRAVO! with 25+ years of experience, including 15 years in Human Resources management across the retail, technology, and supply chain industries.  For over two decades, Matt served in multiple leadership positions at Toys “R” Us, including Divisional Human Resource Director overseeing 11 functional groups within the Corporate Office and achieving proven results in executive coaching, organizational leadership, development creation and deployment, and strategic planning.  Prior to joining BRAVO!, Matt worked as Chief Resource Officer at The Wireless Experience, a leading AT&T authorized wireless retailer and entertainment organization where he was responsible for all human resources, organizational leadership, talent management, and culture strategies. Matt is a three-time President’s Award recipient for impact on overall organization as well as a former member of Vistage International.
